You will need Easygen.
And a template file for RTCW / ET.

template? I did not know I needed a template. I have made to maps with terrain from easy gen with out templates. What is a template for?

You ll do very fine without the templates. If u want landmines in your terrain edit your terrain.shader manually (surfaceparm landmines).

And btw… u can delete your posts if they become obsolete… your thread reads like someone with Alzheimer is posting here :smiley:
