[Terminal] What is Forward Spawn?

I really don’t know where it is and how you capture it, despite playing this game by more than 3 months now. Can someone explain to me how does it works?

Forward Spawn is captured by standing in a circular area that is by the doorway out of the building containing the tunnel pump. There is a post denoting the center of the capture zone and it is surrounded by small white circles on the ground denoting the outer edge of the capture zone. If partially captured the team who owns it can revert the partial capture.

This is the forward spawn

Simply stand around that post and you are capturing it.
It will move the spawnpoints around. Defenders spawn behind the wall if attackers have the forward spawn and attackers start further ahead on the road, that leads to their spawn. If the defenders recapture it the spawns get reseted to the starting positions.
