it might be a lag issue on my end, but you can see the Kira near me shoot at the same place as well, so either it’s a lag issue on that guy’s end rather than mine(sorry, forgot to check the guy’s ping), or a hack, which i strongly doubt.

Yeah, that looks like a high ping issue. I’ve seen it myself with players who have a ping of around 200.
