On behalf of the players who help out on this forum, I’d like to offer some advice when it comes to posting threads in the forum. These tips are by no means mandatory, but, they will help us help you faster.
1. Check the Stickies
You may find a solution to your problems among these threads, they’re denoted with a big thumb pin on the side. 2. Post your Technical Specifications
These include:
Desktop or Laptop
Processor (Model and Brand)
GPU (Model and Brand)
RAM (Amount)
Operating System (Model, and Bit Setting)
Steam (Yes or No)
If you don’t know how to find this information, for Windows 7 and 8 Users, you can simply Right Click the My Computer Shortcut and open Properties.
3. Be Concise
Use Proper Spelling and Grammar, include all the detail you can in the issue you’re having. Be Clear in your descriptions and don’t be afraid to overload us with details.
If English is not your first language, and you feel that your command of the language would not communicate sufficiently, please your post in your native language, and use Google Translator to translate it. Its very good (though languages do have issues in translating on their own). Translate it, small chunks at a time, like a Sentence by Sentence.
4. Screenshots
Screenshots, and Logs help us out immensely, especially with graphical issues. A picture says a thousand words.
5. Have Patience
We work as quickly as we’re able, many of us are doing this purely out of nature or out of desire to help. Work with us.
6. Remain Calm
Getting angry at us doesn’t help us help you fix your game
