TEC turns Blood Post Processing ON

not entirely sure which bug category this falls under, but viewing the TEC will turn Blood Post Process ON.
resolved by accessing the Game Menu and turning Blood Post Process back OFF.
(until the next time you view the TEC).
simply throwing a TEC somewhere without viewing it does not affect the Blood Post Process setting.

blood post processing is generally having a hard time staying disabled…
occasionally it’s just back ON again, for some reason.
