Teamspeak for Alpha Players

Got a new one up and running for alpha players only. Every chan has a password but if people can provide me their details on the forums to proove they are part of the alpha they will be given a key so they won’t need passwords.

If you want server admin on teamspeak give me a message, I will run through with you how the alpha token works.

If you want a chan I can also hit you up with one.

Hope this is the sorta thing you want. The prevous one we was using was not actually mine and for some reason I am no longer an admin there! :frowning:

That’s magic, would be good as someone else has said for the connection details etc to be stickied in the forum :slight_smile:

Passwords for chans you might want to use!

DB Public: dbpublic
Draft Main: draftingthis
Draft team #1: dbteam1
Draft team #2: dbteam2

If you want any other chans just let me know. Do not share the passwords with anyone outside the alpha!

Also, Lobby is not auto muting everyone. If you want to talk to people please use the public chan provided. Also if you want a chan for your DB team/social group just let me know.

I guess a new post with all the info would be more fitting. If I know we are going to have it stickied I will make a post. Not sure how SD look at us using voice comms yet. We have roughly 8 admins on the server to make sure no “non-alpha” players slip through. Lobby is muted to make sure people do no stay there and chat. Every chan has a password, execpt the AFK chan which is muted anyway.

Yep, so far absolutely no incident to report.

And like Shiv said: it’s a lot more funnier to chat when playing. Make sure to join!

There should be a mumble server, for chatter, teams playing the game, etc.

This would be nice ! Plenty of space for 4 teams and a chat room. We can work something out of it. You are sure you don’t use it or wanna use it at some time ? OFC if the others agree with having a mumble ^^

We have enough space on teamspeak3 right now. I just don’t know what to do with this mumble server right now. Download TS3 and give that a try. It makes admining people who are on the alpha far easier to manage!
