So when you’re trying to start repairing the EV from the outer end of the repair range it shows this message and you have to move closer to get it to actually start repairing. Think this bug was fixed recently but it’s back.

Yeah I’m sure it has been happening a lot lately. Maybe I’ll re-install Shadowplay once again.
