What sucks is that anytime I switch teams to balance things out or to go on a friend’s team, my team ends up winning by quite a bit. I’m an alright player and in most games, I tend to be the deciding factor sadly.

People on the team opposite of me will always claim it’s unbalanced a few minutes after I switch. I do it in Execution a lot to extend those 6-0 games into a 6-6 game when people on the opposite team leave. :wink:

Anyways, disabling swapping would just make games even more unbalanced. People wouldn’t be able to manually balance the games and not being able to play with your friends sucks.

If only that happened more often…generally swaps are used to join the winning side and people wont swap because they want the easy win :stuck_out_tongue:

I thought I’m the weird type that believes that “a game of DB that is well contested to the point of Overtime is fun”. Now, fun is so 500XP… Quality of players really need to step up in this game.

I dont mind being on a team full of noobs. yes i usualy end up with 6x deaths vs kills but usualy end up with the highest xp score of every one that match playing medic keeping them alive. so it evens it self out in the end. Plus sometimes it makes the noobs feel better if an experianced player is on there and is willing to stay on the loosing team and defending them if theres another experianced person crying hes loosing(yes i dont care if i loose its not ranked and theres only one win bonus a day any way). Plus i clear missions out real quick trying to carry the team.

Stomping can be fun. Getting stomped just plain isn’t.

like what u said stomping can be fun. For me, getting stomp isn’t something that I can’t accept, in fact, that only tells me I need to try harder or play serious. Most likely, I wouldn’t get stomp in pub but in pug. Or sometimes trolling hard, like playing medic doing reviving or healing but no killing.

Sometimes I would just tell the team “don’t accept me to do the killing”

Most people only care about how stupid and sad to get stomp, but not to improve themselves.

Complaining about how shi tty balance system is, yet having 3 poor aim vassili and 3 engi in the team. Or medics ignore down teammates, put down the health station in the middle of open area. Proxy in chapel map as defender, and etc. LMAO

If people don’t even want to try by themselves, how could others help you.

Those are the things that I see almost 99% of the time.

This comment reminds me another reason why I don’t really care about balance now. Simply because of teammates just want to get carry to win.

its not that simple. Being a good player such as yourself will necessarily put you with weaker teammates against the middle ground players on the server. So the constant carry-mode is there unfortunately

As what you said, not I can’t carry them, but in fact, their actions, such as medic ignore the downed teammates, skyhammer who doesn’t give out ammo packs, having 3 poor aim vassilis, engineers who instead of repairing the gate/barr or focusing on the c4, trying to get kills when they shouldn’t. Those things are what makes me tired, and careless about the balance.

I used to be like that when I was below 50… but now, it’s just that I meet lvl30s that play Skyhammer/Arty and don’t supply ammo to the team and only to himself. Also, medics trying to tank against the opposing force and leaving the rest of the team in agony, whereas he/she could have gained support XP for reviving or healing. Looking after the team’s health isn’t my definition of fun if after a while, the opposing team just realises that if they kill me first, the rest of the team dies quickly. I get the feeling that I should reserve my medic class for better quality players from now on and not volunteer to be the team healer if they can’t do the objective or support the rest with ammunition or even covering fire.

Cheat coders love your outlook in the game. You bring out the i in T E A M do you? I’m glad you’re having fun though. There’s another game specific for that type of fun and it’s rewarding not only with XP.

I agree but by level 30 your not a noob i was reffering to being on a team of <level 10 if its mostly >level 10 you shouldnt need a medic to hold your hand. I just dont want to see the low levels rage quit before they have a chance to get good. If all the noobs rage quit this game wont survive long
