Team shuffle limit

I’d like to see the option to shuffle teams, limited to the a short period after the game starts.
A re-shuffle mid game just because one team is on the upper hand (Not bashing, just a bit better) is annoying.
If the game is unbalanced you’ll notice that in the first minute already.
