With the new healthmeter, healing and reviving mechanics, is the “team kill/revive” tactic still a usefull option in Brink?
On a team kill revive note, I hope it’s not like in ETQW when you team kill and they tap out and still look like they need reviving but they’ve already tapped out to respawning with the next wave and respawn with the next wave half way through reviving.
I guess this only really affected strogg and affected reviving and team kill revives but annoying none the less.
With ded servers, expect a wide range of settings, including FF on… apparently.
The TK revive question was addressed awhile back. If I remember correctly, basically it was mentioned that it would be pointless, since medkits heal for 100%, so you wouldn’t need to worry about wasting kits. I think it was also mentioned reviving heals for 100% as well.

yep, PC players get it all, but lots of gamers will be on consoles, and FF off is the norm afaik
I reckon (for console) expect those settings to be available when the host starts their game. It’d be somewhere in the advanced game settings when setting up to host.
