Some players are obviously better at communicating than others.
Is there a way to “friend” certain (communicative) players so you can join them in a match?
Team chat makes the game so much better

Only way to do that is to add them to your steam friends list. Then whenever they are in a match, the “homepage” of the game will show your friends that are playing, allowing you to join the same server. You’re also able to join their game by the friends list itself as well.
