Correct me if I’m wrong but one of the tag lines for this game is ‘‘Don’t Be A Dick’’ right ?
So why then would SD leave team shuffling up to a vote where people are encouraged to be dicks by down voting a shuffle vote just for an easy win.
Don’t get me wrong i know a lot of people would rather have a fair game and have fun than a hollow steam roll victory. I personally am of the philosophy that something gained easily has less value.
Saying that there will always be people who value winning over all else. different strokes and all that xD
Whilst i have been playing DB i have only seen one vote actually pass in a ridiculously unmatched game (of which most are). Not only in matters of skill but numbers in games I’m sure we have all been in those games where a couple people leave and its farm-fest from there on.
The real question is what can be done about it ?
I know there is no magic wand solution to even matching but something has got to be better than nothing right ?
I would think an auto-shuffle system would solve a fair bit of the numbers crisis so games that are say 6v4 would then shuffle to 5v5 this would make games at least fair in number if not skill.
I just thought that a discussion on the matter would shed some light on what the rest of the community thinks and maybe come up with a viable solution to better DB for everyone
