Tattoos and scars issue

(SinDonor) #1

If this has been sug’d already, please disregard:

Tattoos and scars can be permanent, but only for each faction. When my character is on Security, he is clean cut, shaven, no tats, no scars. But I want my character for the Resistance to be tatted up and scarred to all holy heck. I can’t do that though, because then those crazy tats and scars go to my clean Security guy.

So, I am cool with keeping tats/scars permanent, but it shouldn’t pass over from Security to Resistance or vice-versa.

Yes? No? :frowning: Tapir? :stroggtapir:

I think it might be bugged, because sometimes I get exactly what you want with my second character. I made him all Sec, mostly clean cut except for a stapled scar across his face and the Yakuza sleeve tattoo. However, many times when playing the Resistance side with that character, he doesn’t have the scar or the tattoo.

Idk, personally makes sense to see scars as a permanent feature of a character as opposed to stuff like clothes, facepaint etc.

I agree about making them permanent, but not cross-team. So if my resistance guy has a scar, he’ll always have it. But if that same character switches to Security, then it is removed, unless I’ve chosen to give the same scar to the Security character.

yeah I agree

Agree. I want my characters to have different tattoos/scars depending on which side they’re playing.

Agreed, when I put the the tattoo on my Res guy I was surprised to also see them on my Sec guy.

eh, i agree with ghostdog. your face stays the same, why not your tats?

I think tats and scars are equally likely on both Security and Resistance, it’s just the type of tats and scars might be different. I want my resistance character to have nasty facial scars and massive tats. They just don’t look right on my Security guy.
