Tap revives.

The tutorial has a very brief message that is only on the screen for a couple of seconds about charging the defibrillators. It needs to be in a loading screen tip and maybe reduce the xp you earn from tap revives to 25 xp incentivize players to charge up their defibrillators. A lot of them don’t follow it up with a med pack or heal station.

Most people don’t even notice the XP or care. If they did then people would be throwing out ammo like crazy and racing to defib people. But you rarely see that from newish players. Also, if you have Get Up, you won’t want to fully charge.

I only recently realized you can charge it. The only time I tap it now is when in a frantic firefight where having three guys up is more important than one guy with full health.

Players first need an incentive to level up if you want to make XP important.

people still compete to have the highest score in their team!

Yeah I did the tutorial but didn’t figure this out til I was level 20…

Kept getting mad at medics that would walk over to me and wait forever holding the paddles before reviving me too.

Shame.

I see it all the time when I play medic. It’s especially annoying when I’m standing by someone ( in no danger, mind ), charging my defib, and some scrub runs up and tap revives.

xp is a bad thing in DB all it does is raise your level , but you do get more for a full revive than a tap. but i agree spreading the knowledge might help , but i get the feeling a lot of sawbones take him to be a self sufficient not to help
