tankbarriers

i’ve got 2 tankbarriers right next to each other, one has to be blown by the allies and the other by the axis, but they have to be build first. if one of the barriers is build there are no problems, you can plant a dyna and it goes explodes and the barrier dissapears etc, but if the barriers are build both and you try to plant a dynamite it says that you cannot arm a dyna near a friendly objective. and i think it’s because you plant your dyna close to your own barrier because the barriers are right next to eachother. so i’m stuck at this point. is there a way to fix this but not by moving the barriers further away from eachother cuz that would be a hell of a job. (but if there’s no other way, then so be it)
i made the barriers just like the barriers from goldrush

They need to be separated from each other, I don’t think there is a way around that.

And you can either draw a brush around then and select-inside or select the whole entitey with Alt+Ctrl+leftclick, so moving them around shouldnt be any problem.

you might try a hack:
change the barriers to ordinary script movers and make a small invisible clip brush to the blow-up-objective instead… if you place the small clip brush carefully you should be able to get the desired effect.
to make the barriers go away, just set them to invisible in the script whenever the clip brush dies…

this method is kinda comparable to building a constructible mg42

thx for your reply, but i already moved them and it works now, i hope it won’t affect the gameplay though i don’t know how the gameplay was before moving them lol
