Tank - Snow

Ok, guys i have a problem

I have a fully working Jagdpantanther, but i have a problem, i want to make it a snow tank but:

Because the turret and snow exteriors are upsidown, thay look like that in-game even though

The tank has normal tracks, i want snow tracks

the tank tracks move but the wheels/cogs do not, where is the picture of the wheels and cogs for the snowy jagdpanther, because if i know that this wont be a problem.

Like everything else, the MG42 is upsidown

If you are wanting to change the textures on the model you can either get hold of npherno http://www.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?q2pmp/NMD3C.zip (or just a text editor if you are lazy) open the md3 model(s) and change the texture paths so they are pointing at the snow textures. The snow textures are distributed in the tools pack, so if you check through your tree you should find them, they are in models/mapobjects/sd_jagdpantanther as I recall.

The upside-down issue I think is a problem with the tags, what I’d suggest doing is taking all the desert Jagdpantanther tank md3’s and relinking the texture paths to point at the snow textures with the method above.

Snow tracks: models/mapobjects/tanks_sd/tracks.tga
Snow drive wheel: models/mapobjects/tanks_sd/wheel_a_s.tga
Snow wheel: models/mapobjects/tanks_sd/wheel2_a_s.tga

Now post some notes on how you change these: Are you using the remapshader or do you fix the md3 the way fluffy_gimp describes?
