both my old C1A1 (FN-FAL) and the G3 I’ve been shooting are tack driving accurate to 800 meters, full auto is for suppression on all guns, no accuracy needed

a guy in germany had one of the early produced G3 back then with fun-switch still attached, the original front iron sight kept un-zeroed (moved a little) after few hundred rounds, turns out there are faulty ones every 40 something on the production. When he took it to a gun expert, the guy suggested to just put optics on it.

SMGs and PDWs are made to shoot fast and accurate and not really for suppression just to pump as much boolets as fast as possible.

btw, youre canadian rite? i thought gun is more strict in canada? last i heard the new president is very weird.

gun laws are strict, I’m licensed, we don’t have a president, we have a prime minister, same kind of thing but smarter and less dangerous

btw, " pump as much boolets as fast as possible." is definition of suppression, no short barreled weapon is accurate

Guns like these could make a great skin for either M4 or Timik.

Like do we really need all these variants of fire mode mechanics, with slight difference? We pretty much have all weapon types in this game.

pumping as much bullets to your enemies as fast as possible and shooting at your enemies at general direction to make them hide and not moving is 2 different things.

one guy holding a thompson and the other holding a mauser, they meet in a corner and both shoot each other, the chance of thompson hitting the other guy is very high while the other guy has slower fire rate and cant shoot as fast as thompson doesnt have the same chance to hit something in the small time frame

well, what is SBR chambered rifle rounds, why does it shoot fast and has good effective range for urban fights?

Bullpups like SA80 has the same length of barrel but more compact.

groupings for 5.56 are no problemo past 200m. Cant effective-ly hit things more than 500m

as far as i know the more twist rate in the barrel increasing the accuracy per shot but the 1:12 and 1:9 was bad in cold denser air so most of the AR-15 variant ( SA80 is AR-18) nowadays used 1:7 and still very effective killing things past 500m, if it hits.

hell i remember theres a guy shot 700 yds target with 14" barrel

theres a reason 5.56 was called to be force multiplier since its lighter but still does the 762 job for grunts

Why does actual gun performance matter? So long as it looks cool it can be in DB, we’ve proven already we don’t care that much about relationship between the gun in game and the real thing by not having a fit about the fact that THE FELIX HAS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ACTION TYPE than it’s real world counterpart
