TAB button making my whole computer bug

Whenever I press tab in game, my computer goes to windows button+tab mode and when I go back in game, whenever I press a key, it brings me to the windows button+tab mode again. Then, when I am in google whenever I press a key weird things happen like the run popup (windows button+r)…

EDIT
I realised my whole game is fine BEFORE I press Alt+Tab ONCE, then I go back in game and my tab button makes my whole computer bug. (only after I have pressed Alt+Tab once)
