Hi everybody,
after I finally got everything working as I want it to, I got annoyed by this problem:
I got 2 ET-installations: the first one is a pure ET with patch 1.02 for mapping. The second one i use for gaming (with ETPro, maps, cfg-tuning-scripts etc.)
Hosting my map after a compile in my mapping-installation with sv_pure 0 is fine, i can play it, test everything and everything works as it should (complete command map, i can see all symbols, all spawn flags).
Building a .pk3 with ALL files and trying to test it in my gaming installation gives me a headache: I host it without sv_pure 0 (not necessary cuz i have the pk3; and i don’t put ETPro on, it doesn’t start when I just start ET. Problem now: in the command map or Limbo-Menue only the objectives that got a misc_commandmap_marker/ a customaxis/alliesimage within the trigger_objective_info (with a pic I made myself) can be seen. Not showing up are: a constructible, the dynos for deconstructibles and all the spawn flags. What you can see are the “troops” signs but just not the flags. So i can’t choose the different spawns due to no flags I can click on.
In the compass I can see at least the flags when the spawns get activated (one is a capturable flag, the other flag gets a setstate default (being invisible at its spawn).
In addition to that the setautospawns don’t work either…
I can but hope some of you have an idea what i can do about this…
edit: next try… ok i CAN click on the troops sign and thus choose my spawnpoint, and this time my setautospawns did work at least for half the spawns… but all I did was just to delete the old pk3 and zip all files into a new one :banghead:
