I truly inderstand you need to beta test your matchmaking system because it definitely sucks b**ls and last night it took all fun out of playing DB.
- It is not possible to play together with friends (no party mode)
- Matchmaking takes forever
- In the end the matchmaked teams are really uneven
- Your film on DB “Don’t be a Dick” didn’t make any difference
- Please make it possible to switch team when in a unbalanced matchmaking game!
Last besta you rewarded us with a full Saturday of Casúal play. That was very much appreciated!!!

how about skipping matchmaking for casual game mode since it pointless, you don´t have to play many matches to understand that, ppl leave, getting disconnected, connecting forever, in fact, i played for 7 hours yesterday. (well I actually played for like 2 hrs and waited for connection for like 5 hrs).
Can someone explain to me the meaning of matchmaking casual games, and what the point is. Matchmaking are for CLANS/friends who wants to play against other CLANS/friends. Making matchmaking for casual random games is both stupid and pointless. It doesn’t matter how much matchmaking you do if not ALL TEN are there to play as two teams, witch don´t happen very often. I played one even game last night the rest was pretty much a disaster.
The problem is that there is a lot of beginners that just trying out mercs, game mechanics etc, they are very bad team players. In fact most of the time it´s enough for two players that plays together on the same team to run over the opposite team, just course the lack of team play.
And if you succeed matching casual games, witch I find hardly unlikely course its impossible to get it to work for obvious reasons that I just explained above WTF do you need casual game mode for then?
Matchmaking casual game is no fun at all, ppl I know simply don’t play even if they can just course of this stupid broken matchmaking shit.
So bring back partymode and THEN begin matchmaking tests if you want any useful results… SD will most likley fail again course they dont listen to the community and frankly dont have a fucking clue how to make a good game or beta test it…
And yes I understand that we are beta testers, but its hard to test something that don’t work, that is not fun. And I am not alone thinking its pretty frustrating, it is not even a beta, it´s more like an alpha matchmaking test. You do understand the difference between alpha and beta, right (as being a gamedev and all)? A beta has to be stable, this is pretty fucking far from stable…
And yess this is irretating not fun and frustrating, if you want to loose players, this is the way you develop a game…

Guys, I know it’s tough, believe me I’ve had my fair share and have salted about it on the forums but don’t be so harsh.
Matchmaking sucks right now because it’s forcing people to play it. However they’re testing the mechanics of the match making not necessarily the performance of players. I’ve been against stacked teams 13 times in a row if you count just now.
TL:DR the game isn’t supposed to be rainbows and sunshine now. Now is this nitty gritty of development, and there will be shady times as the game develops. We were given keys to trial run the game, not solely to have fun and enjoy it.
Toughen up.
EDIT: And don’t be so hard on the devs, they’re working hard.

Stopwatch has returned. And yes I know this isn’t the ideal playing experience right now…trust me… but this is what beta testing is all about. We needed to focus fire testing this stuff so that we wouldn’t release a broken matchmaking system when the game has launched. This weekend has been particularly helpful on that front. We’ve gathered a lot of data and even managed to break some things- which was good! Thank you all for being patient and bearing with us.

When will stopwatch be available again. Will it be before the end of beta tomorrow and is server browser coming back i want to make it easier to play with a friend. Thanks Miss Murder

I don’t know why but I feel like stopwatch is a lot better than objective, maybe because it was fair and had both teams a chance? I don’t know, I like the concept of both of them, but I guess there should be improvements around in objective… not sure what however
