Switch Teams?

Lately I’ve been experiencing a bunch of leavers. At times I want to switch teams to even things out, but it won’t work? Not sure if that means the feature isn’t available yet or it’s a bug, but that would help a bit dealing with leavers.

switch team and spectator mode are disabled in this test phase.

I really hope they keep this feature, one of the few game makers left that still give the option to switch teams
