Can’t seem to figure out how to swap loudouts

Same here. I can see the loadouts available when I got check mercs details, but how to choose one?

When you are about to start the game (before you “lock in”) double click on the char you want to change, then double click on the hex when you pick between them all, you will see all the loadout cards you own there.
