Suspended - sandboxie?

Hey, just got suspended :frowning:
Guess I forgot to disable sandboxie before launching the game… Please, lift my ban :slight_smile: really enyoing the game since the early beta days. thank you

banned again… and waited another 48h without any solution. what is this?

what you should do is contact customersupport@nexon.net. Be sure to include the game title and any relevant information in your email. :slight_smile:

Thx for your advice. I already sent a second message - I highly doubt that they will solve my problem this time.

This was the answer to my first (late beta) ban:

Hello xxx,

Thank you for contacting Nexon America Customer Support.
Your game access has been temporarily blocked (2 days) for the detected use of third party programs or software while playing Dirty Bomb.

Because of this you will need to serve out the rest of your suspension.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
