Suspended due to third party software

I just tried logging in and a notice came up that my account has been suspended for using third party software. I think my account might have drawn a bit of attention when I was trying to fix a bug that was preventing me from launching the game, which ended up being NetLimiter 3 causing a conflict, as seen in the general chat post titled “A little help? Game won’t load.” Repeatedly restarting the game and getting kicked off for a suspicious program might be the culprit.

The support page is currently unavailable so I figured I would post here.

I got suspended for exactly the same reason and would also like to appeal my ban.

Just hit this because I was running a task manager replacement.

Xigncode is absolute rubbish if it just scans for things which reference process hooks and checks them against a whitelist.

Same exact thing caused me a ban also :frowning:

That’s weird, I’m running an AQW bot (lulz) in the background and I can still play. That being said, on SF2 which uses the same software, I cannot
