very bad support. i so sad !

I get since two Days no answer. I did not gechatet , nothing illegal . No one helps me . Please a look to at my account ? No answer…I have money invested in this game . I have not done anything illegal and may no longer play ? In the backround run Advanced SystemCare , Norten , GOG Galaxy (a Gameshop ) Nividia . I do not understand when I come back into the game ? I sad and disappointed

Zero tolerance policy in action. XIGN banned for most likely Advanced SystemCare.

However, your forum/nexon and steam/DB accounts aren’t linked. They may not know what your ingame name is, etc.

Do you know if the ban is temporary or permanent? If you don’t know, have you asked?

where I was banned from the game there would be something with 2 days , but now is nothing more.

Based on your initial thread you got banned on the 2nd. The temp ban isn’t up yet if it told you two days. If it is a 2day, you will get access back tomorrow.

Just be patient for now :slight_smile:

And ensure you turn off your extra programs before you go to play again. Otherwise the ban might be longer/permanent! :frowning:

I finally got a response . I’ll unlocked soon . I want all the programs in the background close when I play
