Hi

because cheating is always a problem and anti cheat programs are never perfect I think this game needs the following tool:

first a console cmd that lets you record without performance loss: record clanX vs clanY 28 oktober (every player needs to upload it after a match or you forfeit lose it; After 3 times not uploading player is suspended for a week or something)

as you have a screenshot map, there is a demo map where you can find the demo-file

this file can be opened in a dirty bomb viewing tool where it is possible to fast forward and rewind and putting time stamps by the press of a button so that a certain action is flagged for admins to watch (maybe via alteration of the demo file)

to make it realy usefull in catching ESP, wallhack, cham skins you put in an option so that you can watch the demo with the tool as if you have an aimbot. This makes it possible to notice pre aiming and looking at players true walls which you would otherwise not notice. (you don’t need an aimbot yourself the tool provides it with a press of a button)

What do you guys/devs think of such a tool?? I always wanted something like this to catch cheaters and I think it is very efficient.

If the client is making the recording it could also be faked, better to have the server make the recording, which it already does, just there isn’t an interface to watch them yet.

Also, recording that allows for fast forward/reverse gets much trickier, as it requires to build a whole new software to emulate replays.

Overall nothing to go against such a tool, but I think its a low priority.

Did you see the Ban Appeal on the New New Nexon Forums?

I do not think the Nexon people like me… I have said a few choice things in servers and I am a huge troll but the thing they called me out on was:

Nexon Guy: Thanks for killing me in spawn spookify I just got in the game.

spookify: I just killed 3 afks in spawn and one must have been you haha…

Then a second nexon guy said something like that attitude or language doesnt belong in closed beta…

I said I killed 3 AFK’s which means away from keyboard…

He wrote no the HA-HA at the end will not be tolerated…

I about F’in lost it… First off I say haha at the end of everything… I have no idea why its probably a tick…

Second is nexon going to be such a-holes that a simple thing like that is going to set them off…

Ban Appeal… GREAT… Nexon going to drop the hammer like other server admin noobs? Your words hurt me… QQ…

I can see banning if you are warned for using the N work or something but thats really about it and thats even pushing it. LOL just *** out the stuff so the admins do not have to worry about it… AND you can still report language in LOL which is an LOL!!

I hate to say it but watch out… Trolls and good players are going to start to be banned by gun slinging Nexon people that are having a bad day…

I’ve given up going easy on NxA guys, if they continue to talk smack, accuse people of cheating, ban for no reason, take weeks to fix stuff they screwed up in the first place, don’t allow private servers on weekdays, force close because anti-cheat has “detected something suspicious”, treat the community like second class citizens, etc. then they’re fairgame for headshots and deserve no mercy by my reckoning.

I totally agree…

I have the following rules:

#1) You become a bullet magnet or get 100% of spookify’s attention IF:

  • You have an NxA or Nexon Tag on
  • You have an SD tag on
  • You have and SD tag on, you are a sniper and your name is Toomic…
  • Your name is Inferno
  • Your name is Pixelbitch, IamPixel, Pix3l and the hundred other names he has…
  • Your name is Potty
  • You are in a pub TS

I really hope Nexon doesnt QQ about spawn killing… Its one of the most important things in SW or at least it was in RTCW and ET…

Let the trolls be trolls and focus on blatant haxers…

They will have that anti hax software up and running and I am sure also have Echo and player cheat reporting…

World of Tanks also has terrible admins and incredibly arrogant support. I quit the game because of them. Seems petty as I enjoyed the game but just couldn’t stand the thought of my money paying their salaries.
