Suggestion: refund for bundles

Hi, I have suggestion for refund system if I already have merc but wanted to buy a bundle, that for each merc I have will be exchanged with in game credits.
eg.: if I already have Stoker then I buy Fire and Light pack, I get 50.000 credits.
Or reduced from merc’s price, 70% maybe?

I like this idea. Same thing works in Paladins and in SMITE. And when you actually give devs money i dont see any big deal to return you few credit points (total amount for all mercs in bundle). :slight_smile:

Why so much hate here? Just because you are vets and have bazilion of credits with no usage it does not mean that newbies are alike.

I’ve been involved since 2012 with Dirty Bomb, since 2003 with W:ET, what will we figure out ?

  1. They didn’t retroactively award the level up crates.

  2. They promised to do something with useless, obsolete Gen 1 loadout cards, then gave us the old ‘nah that employee (who conveniently is no longer involved with the project) was wrong, it’ll never happen’.

So forgive me if my opinion is that SD simply don’t value long term players + people who actually spend money on the game.

This isnt’ what community forums made for. And this is not Steam forum, stop being a jerk.
If you disappointed with developer, I get it.
I’d appreciate simple answer like from DefaultSettings rather than you spread your hate here.

If vets have gotten to the point where credits are useless, then that tells you there is no need for credit refunds. Just play the game and you’ll get everything you need.

OK I will explain a bit:

If you like the game, you will have everything you want or need pretty quickly. That’s also very “fun” to grind this game. So there is really no need for this feature who would only appeal players who won’t stick around for long.
I play Dirty Bomb cause I love how it plays. I don’t care much about the rest, how much a merc cost. To be honest, I have bought them all several times on smurf account. Cause I think it’s fun to start other. And you want I shortcut.

The only reason I like this idea is because I payed $60 for the Santa Sack Pack bundle a day before it went on sale for $30
