[Suggestion] Refund characters you bought with Credits that are included in Ultimate Starter Pack

As title says, it would be nice if you get the Credits spent on characters you already own when you buy the Ultimate Starter Pack on Steam. I bought Proxy with my first 30000 credits without knowing about the Ultimate Starter Pack; I would have bought the starter pack instead if I have known about it but it isn’t mentioned on the in-game store. The only thing keeping me from buying it right now is because I have already spent my Credits on Proxy which is included in the pack.

Two points.

Credit refund have already been given to some players in this situation. @GM-Radrodo

You still save money if you own two 30k mercs from the pack.

Good points, but:

  1. Instead of going through the hoops of registering to a forum, contacting a GM, waiting for the GM to respond and finally implement the refund - There should be an automated system that checks for characters you bought with credits and automatically refunds you when you buy a pack that includes those characters. It would save both the staff and player’s time.

  2. I’d rather get full value from my purchases; I’m sure most people who value money would think the same.

Wouldn’t it be better to make the starter pack pick-n-choose? So you can select 3 or 5 mercs you like.
