I’m mainly writing this, because now that some time has passed, we have players that are upwards of 40+ levels and when they get into a server with mostly level 10s, most of the time the team’s balance is just their existence.
I think it’d be a nice idea to have higher level servers like 25+ and 40+… where they can get matched with “people of their own skill tier”.
It’d also set that feeling of ooh I need to level up and hence giving players more desire to play, to be able to reach the higher skill tier and fight along side them!
The reason I suggested 25+ and 40+ is mainly based on the fact that most players between 10-25 can fall under the same “skill category”… it may be inaccurate but for the most part, everyone can distinguish that most 25+ players are at a higher skill tier than their lower counterparts (and yes this may come as unfair to the level 20-24 but it sets a bar… then again, most 25-40s are under same skill bar and they usually have a large number of hours practicing and hence are better players than their 25-39 counterparts
Disclaimer, this doesn’t mean people should be locked away from playing with their lower tier friends, it just means they should have “higher requirement servers” where they can play with people of their own skill tier, if they wish to do so
