Of course no one would use it at the End of the second round. But we all know the situation that someone drops instantly after the Lobby and 4 Players are basically screwed. Even few in the Team of 5 won’t be to be Happy about that Situation. Then this vote has a Chance to Pass. We just need a possibility to cancel a game for whatever reasons, because stuff can go wrong.
