I would like to begin by giving credit where credit is due to Splash Damage for these events and skins, It’s been taking a while but over the course of these mayor events ever since Containment war we’ve seen events evolve to give players a higher and higher chance to gain these rare skins, but people have had almost never seen them, I understand these are meant to be rare but it’s practically impossible, even with boosters for some players to get a special edition skin.
Currency bundles, drop chance boosters and unique trinkets that increase currency received for both players themselves and those in the server aside here a suggestion for the cases themselves.

Players can buy regular cases for 1000 credits at the store along with elite cases, but event cases are available for their unique currency used during the event.

Event Cases have a 10.1% chance of dropping the Limited Edition loadout card. rather than a 7.5%, 2.0%, 0.5% and 0.1% for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Cobalt respective.

Elite Event cases drop a random event skin, similar to how the current Guaranteed cases function.

Guarantee Cases have players select a specific merc or select from 3 mercs to get a skin for.
I understand that these are meant to be rare and limited for each event, even with the use of boosters, these just seem impossible to drop, shouldn’t the fact that these cases drop for about a month be enough to consider them very rare?
I also thought of, why not also make the event currency bundles credit price closer to their cash prices. (Example: 250,000 credits vs $4.99, $4.99 in credits is 30,000, 9.99 is $50,000 credits . it doesn’t have to be an exact amount but the difference is quite large
