[Suggestion] For better AutoBalance

/Here starts my daily rant thread !

I dunno about you guys but i think the auto team is balance is pure BS. The system thinks that a single player can carry an entire of newbies (or team filled with high level retards).Seriously, i have to leave the server and rejoin to some other server almost every round because the autobalance puts with people who have NO IDEA how to play, while enemy team has 4-5 good players. I am not super pro enough to carry and entire team of newbies or retards , i bet there are some but then again we cant take those small number of people and create a system based on their performance.

Suggestion

Currently im level 15 and i get teamed up with level 1 - level 8, while enemy team has multiple level 10s. The system thinks that a single player can carry the team because that particular player had good score in the last round. I think this needs to be changed. Just like Competitive , we need threat level for each player. Each player gets a threat level after 10 rounds and then the player is continuously evaluated and threat level changes according to the players skill and performance…

I propose a system of 3 colors.

N Rank
Bronze
Silver
Gold

N Rank for newbie players without a threat level, based on their performance they will be give a starting threat level.

Each Rank has 10 level and based on the players skill , his / her rank increases.With Bronze 1 being the lowest threat level and Gold 10 being the highest threat level. We could give each threat level a symbol that players can show off to others , showing their skills…

These could be the ranks :

B1 - B10
S1 - S10
G1 - G10

Before a match starts , the game should auto balance both teams based on this threat level,Trying to make the overall threat level of each team to be same or almost same.
Lets say for example ;
2x S10 = 1x G5 + 1x B10 (or something like that).

Instead of balancing team based on the last round, teams should be balanced based on player’s over all skill level. All this fixes the issue with auto balance going NUTs when players leaves after a round and new players joining in…

Ofcourse, no player is limited in anyway. The threat levels are only used for auto balance (and show off), no extra perks etc.

Introduction of group system in pub matches will not affect this system, because auto balancing is based on total team skill rather than total skill of 1 single player !

What do you guys think?

P.S:- I still havnt done 10 comp matches because…i still…cant find…comp matches in ASIA region D: !

Team shuffle by skill/rank should be always automatic.

Agreed, because as it is now the op team will never allow the shuffle anyway.

Currently it is ,but its flawed and its based on last round performance !

I like the proposal, but it would be better if they were just given an arbitrary number like “231 threat” or “906 threat” instead of ranking it as N Rank - Gold. It would also be best if other players or even players couldn’t just see their own threat. It would be best if it was just handled by the system to equal out the threat levels on each team as evenly as possible.
