I know that there has been a lot of debate over how merc’s are expensive and how missions give you enough money to purchase said mercs, so I’m thinking why don’t we have a 40% discount (let’s say) for those free mercs? That’ll give a proper incentive for players to save up and do such missions to be able to purchase said mercs. This game is still in open beta and things aren’t fully set in stone, but imo this can be a good method to not turn away some early faces while not drastically changing in-game earnings and what not.
If you want my opinion on the current system we have now, saving for 30k mercs is totally doable; I don’t see myself saving up for a 50k merc however.
