On 02.02.2016 a change of address of the South American servers was held, which was allegedly placed in MIAMI, (not even is in south america), several players left to play for the fault of the big delay has to be presented. The servers were in Brazil, a strategic location to cover people from various South American countries, Peru, Argentina, paraguay, uruguay, chile and even Mexico, with the new change of location of the players there was a decrease of players.
Prior to this change the players with a median internet was approximately 50 to 60 ping, now stay with 160-180 ping, and that is very difficult to play with any mercenary.
Now, if you put the servers again in Brazil or any country next tends to increase the players and create more profits.
In fact, there are already enough servers in north america, there is no need to more servers there.

Suggested enlargement would.

Either that or just outright rename the pseudo-South American servers to US East.

Yea if South Americans have to play with +100ping on servers supposedly dedicated to them, it sounds a complete hoax to call them SA servers. Nexon should suck it up, be open about their mistake and stop calling any such servers SA servers. Situation like that is borderline lying.

They are free to join EU and run around with 400 ping as they do already anyway…
