No nameing a shaming is probally the most stupid thing ever whats the point in reprting to Nexon they are gonna do F all this game is going to die so dam hard ohh well. its a shame to as i enjoy it anyways DELETED this will lead you to a fun video that was “not fun” and im not nameing or shameing as the link does not lead to any video directly :smile: they need to fix this crap and fast

Naming and shaming doesn’t do anything. A video evidence to Nexon will get him banned.
But screw common-sense, you rather make a thread instead of just reporting cause attention-whoring, right?

Then they will create a new Steam account, and… well yeah :wink:

Even with MAC address banning or HW ID banning a player will just spoof these and still get around it, that is the problem with the game being completely free.

If the game were to cost say, $9.99 to purchase - this would help avert people from simply creating new Steam accounts over and over, and over… and over.

@laudatoryLunch DB and/or Nexon should do more to get the hackers. They could even have one employee get notifications about high scores during game. He could join, spectate and ban. But no, they let the beta players get demoralized and ask them to report. Coz more easy.

“No naming and shaming” is a shit rule, that should not be referred to, in threads about obvious aimbotters.
It’s basically an excuse to sweep the problem under a carpet, out of the sight.
Then again, if it wasn’t for this, the forum would be mostly just threads about cheaters, because that’s the sad state of the game.

I still highly doubt they really would do anything as i have done this with their other games and i saw the same player doing the same thing a week later same account and everything

thats my point is a load of crap! i love this game i do but it makes me very sad to experance crap like this they are loosing players very rapidly and it’s not a shock really

This happened to me earlier. Same hack. Same map. I don’t usually play comp, so I wanted to see for myself how bad the hacking had gotten. Got my answer in the very first match.

I am not really sure how you read this out of what you quoted from my previous post.

Apologies for confusion if English is not your first language, what I was trying to described (rephrased a bit simpler) is:

If the game was $10 - it would help us have less hackers. (Less meaning, if there are 100 hackers, we would have 99 or fewer).

Agreed - I am not sure how many of you played Combat Arms - the Nexon FPS game, but this is starting to remind me of it.

Free to play, great design on the game, nice feel to aiming and FPS… rampant amount of hacking that was not punished.
