How do I run “training mode”?

I know there’s an introduction mission when you first create your account etc, but my little nephew closed it and would like to get to the “training mode/mission” again.

I can’t find such an option anywhere. Halp.

I believe there is a tutorial flag on the big globe. The big globe spins if you click and drag on it.
