Stuck on loading screen (Refreshing Account)

Like the title says, when I start loading a game, I get to a screen that says “LOADING” on top and in the middle it says “Refreshing Account”. The game then freezes and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del, end the process and restart the game. This is happening every other time on average.

Make sure you are on a strong (enough) connection. A faulty connection can cause long waiting periods and fall outs like your experiencing.
