Stuck on Checking files

Hello,
I wanted to play some Dirty Bomb after long hiatus but after I open Nexon launcher and click “Play” on Dirty Bomb it says “Checking Files: 100%” and there’s a loading bar underneath the text that says “Verifying…”. I am stuck on this screen since nothing comes out of this and I am unable to play the game. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, it now said “Installation failed” and after I clicked “OK” it said “This product is currently in use”

Hi, try ctrl+alt+del and kill all processes related to the db and nexon launcher like nexon_runtime, shooterGame-win32, xxd-0.xem. After that try to disable your firewall and start game again.

Unfortunately that didn’t work.

Also now giving error “Installation failed: undefined”

did you tried this already?
go to the nexon launcher -> tab Library. Hover your mouse over the DB game and click on the gray sprocket wheel. From this game settings menu click Repair installation.
