Streaming/Recording Game footage

I havent seen many people talk about this and i know on steam you can share footage and pics of the game but Are the Devs of Dirty bomb allowing Recording and Livestreams of Dirty Bomb to be posted on Twitch and Youtube? And if not now then will they allow it later in the Beta?
