strange view problem

i think i have pushed a button accidently, cos when i select something now, the part what must be selected is only red without a white outline (like i only selected 1 face instead of the whole brush… very confusing) so i tried some different things in View-> Show … but nothing helped, it only fucked it up further cos now i only see the white outlines and nothing turns red :???:

(im talking about the camera view, the 2d views are normal)

does anybody know what to do to fix it?

i forsaw a few suggestions that probably wouldnt help so i post them:

  • YES the settings @ Misc -> Colors -> Selected Brush is still default (red)
  • i got the white outline (only) by clicking View -> Show -> Show ZBuffered Outline …when i turn this off i dont see anything selected at all… :S

Select a brush, press “j” should fix this :smiley:

You find a list of all shortcuts under Help --> Shortcuts list :wink:
