On the map i’m currently creating, i have a large gate that the allies destroy. The gate is split into to parts - the part i want destroyed, and the part that remains.
The gate is basically a large frame with the fence_c10 texture in the middle (the mesh like one)
as this texture allows people and grenades to pass through it, i covered it with a clip_missile brush. this had to be divided up into a part that was destroyed and a part that wasn’t.
then the problem came. at first only one side of the gate would stop bullets going through the mesh. then the other side after i tried to fix it. why is this?
also, i keep getting a lot of “duplicate plane” errors when i compile
