Strange behaviour with Stark AR

I will be referring to this video https://youtube.com/watch?v=SjKYXihtxd4 in this post (video thanks to Amerika). Set the speed to 0.25x for a clearer picture of what I am describing.

Basic information about the Stark, pulled unashamedly from the wiki. 18 damage per round, 54 damage per burst to the body. 36 damage per round to the head and 104 damage if all rounds per burst hit the head. 857 RPM, 30 meters effective range.

Take a look at the 14:40 mark in the duel against Kira. The first burst does some very strange damage - health goes from 120 to 107 to 94 to 58. This is 13 dmg, 13 dmg, followed by 36 dmg. The 36 damage can be easily explained, but where is this 13 coming from? A subsequent burst does the following to health 58 - 40 - 26 - 8. This is 18, 14, 18. Again I am mystified. Where is this 14 coming from?

The duration in between bursts is not long at all, so health regeneration is out of the question. Taking to account the 30 meter effective range, damage dropoff is also out the window given how close quarters the encounter was. Furthermore, I am reasonably sure judging by the hitmarkers that he is not receiving fire from anybody else. The only other explanation I can think of is extremity damage, which has not been confirmed to my knowledge to even exist in this game (someone confirm/disprove?). However, if we were to use this explanation, take note that in the first burst there is a headshot (36 damage). It is very unlikely in a 850 RPM burst for there to be both a headshot and hits to extremities (hands/feet etc.)

For another scenario where this strange damage occurs, take a look at the 15:28 mark after the Fragger dies, again in a duel vs Kira. Health goes from 84 - 48 - 35 - 22 - 4. This is 36, 13, 13, 18 damage. Where is this 13 coming from?

Does anybody have an explanation, or have we chanced upon some odd bug?
