Store purchases "timed out"

I purchaced the Pheonix Merc and the Pheonix card pack and both times received timeout errors and received nothing. BUT, you took my money.

So, did the purchase go through or did you just take my money?

You should send ticket to customer support, and include pic of your purchase history, it should be visible there in any case if they got the money
