When I go to the store I can select category and cases but after that the screen is just blank.

Do you mind sharing how you fixed it?
One of my pet peeves is when people start tech support threads, fix the problem themselves, then don’t share the information for anyone else who may have the same problem as you!
When I have an issue and see threads like this it makes me turn into something you wont like…
I don’t have this issue but others might, please share your knowledge! help your bro’s/sister’s out
