Stokers Molotov is actually really effective and has plenty of crowd control. If you’re caught in the center of it you can’t run away but some enemies will only get caught at corners of the fire and hence being able to run off.

In my opinion throwing a Molotov is all about having sense of awareness about the enemies positioning.
