Stoker's molotov against EV

(henki000) #21

I think you are right NexDroid. In great Winter War of Finland we used molotovs to rekt soviet tanks. They worked like a dream and broke every expectation in battleground. Easy to produce and great stuff to make a punch after dark and cold battle. Without molotov, we wouldn’t stand a chance. This is a matter of sovereign nations to get this molotov work like it should be. One molotov, one dead tank to salvage.

Oh, and try hit the EVs engine air intake.

Fire doesn’t work as well as explosives at destroying vehicles, but they do block exhaustion and can possibly cripple the engine. If we want a “realistic” approach, we can make it so the molotovs damage the EV very quickly, but an engineer can repair it twice as fast compared to if the EV was nuked.

To be fair, if your hunk of rusty metal gets blown up by a Scottish birdie, six times in a row, you shouldn’t even have anything left to repair.

@AlbinMatt

If molotov lits the ammunition or fuel tank, it might cause better explosion. But maybe EV is really referring to electric vehicle. Makes sense, because of the bulletproof evidence of global warming. I quess electronic is more vulnerable when exploding batteries spread acid to virgin streets of London. On the other hand, molotov can be filled with whatever exploding stuff you want, perhaps butanetriol trinitrate or nitroglycerin? That hangover might cause a problem…

SD could buff EVs speed. I like the idea of partial damage to EV. I think it uses radar to keep it on road, so thats propably most vulnerable point and fastest to repair. Maybe we can have helicopter to drop extra EV, if it gets too much nuked.

Yeah but fire can effect those rubber tires it rolls on…since it’s a completely electronic vehicle that heat should affect systems.

If not damage the EV much it should practically bring it to a stand still…

Hmm… since it’s an electrically powered vehicle…

Phantom can use his EMP cloak to disable the EV!

EMP Shielding

Fire-Proof Solid rubber composite Tires

watchu talkin about boy, deez eez da footoore!

(Sorotia) #27

So then Phantom can chop up the tires with his Katana and Stoker can burn the shielding and wire with his moly!

(bgyoshi) #28

Toss it in front of the EV and let it roll over. It will damage the EV at that point, but it’s weak. If you can find a corner that the EV turns on, throwing it on the inside corner is good too. But always throw it at a moving EV dead front and center, or throw it behind a broken EV so it’s harder to repair.

(HammerOfDawn21) #29

They should just allow us to kill the gunner and let us throw Molotov inside the EV through the MG hatch.

now that you mention phantom, what if EV rolls slower if affected by phantom?

finally he has something!

It’s like trying to destroy the EV with nader, proxy, fletcher, or fragger. Sure you can do it,

I deal lots of damage with Nader to EV’s all the time. She’s great for it. She’s also good for getting guys who are behind the EV.

Or temporarily disable it? HOW ABOUT THAAATT!?

Play real EV killers, problem solved.
