Is this considered his best Stark Loadout? Drilled, Quickeye, Mechanic. I swear I actually started getting kills with the Stark when I got this card from a case.

If it’s not his best Stark loadouts, it’s a very close one.

We need to be able to change the reload cancel button for double time to work again as a good augment and then there would make a competitor.

Yes.

Best available augment combo and secondary. Surprised they didn’t add tough to the S62 since extra supplies and enigma aren’t very useful for Stoker.

IMO it’s the best even in 2nd gen. Drilled & Quick Eye make Stoker feel much more agile. Mechanic is a nice bonus for pubs, though I would prefer other “filler” augments like Tough.
