Sometimes after you throw the molotov the fire will dissipate right after exploding.
No I don’t mean explosions of grenades or whatever, right after it hit the surface it disappeared.
I had it happen once on the stairs at Iron works (Overground) the other I can’t remember.
I had it happen 2 times and I am 80% sure this isn’t intended.

Pretty sure this is intended… I had this happening a couple times when I threw it against the wall… Now, sometimes the flames drop to the floor and activates the ability after all, but usually doesn’t. You need to make sure that the Molotov hits the floor.
NEVERTHELESS: I feel like you need to get 50% (or so) cooldown time reduced, as your ability will be on the normal cooldown, without being effective at all.
