Stoker ain't winning culprit, so how on earth do I get an Obsidian Stoker card? I *need* to know

Seriously, are we just screwed? Is getting Stoker a much deserved Obsidian loadout in the hands of hardcore Stoker fans simply not going to happen? Because aside from being a trash Fletcher main I live for collecting and RNGrinding for good Silver (and eventually Cobalt) loadouts for the more tasteful mercs I play, and an Obsidian Stoker card would be a crown jewel, a priceless keepsake, the most badass card I can imagine myself owning and I don’t think that’s going to change.

If there is absolutely zero possibility that an Obsidian Stoker would miraculously end up in my (or anyone else’s) hands, then that will be a massive disappointment, because I cannot think of anything more lucrative or appealing than an Obsidian Stoker card. I mean just imagine it: A red and black Obsidian card with Stoker’s glorious bald gas-masked head and a luminescent orange Molotov Grenade proudly presented on the cover, equipped with prestigiously skinned weapons that have been intricately tattooed with the blood of dragons.

[spoiler]Seriously, look at this and try to tell me that dragon’s blood was not somehow involved in the forging of this awe inspiring masterpiece, because this is too gloriously badass to have been emblazoned with anything else.

Yeah yeah this is a bit obsessive but ffs there has to be a way to get Stoker an Obsidian card and to get my hands on an Obsidian Stoker even if it means spending $25 for an Obsidian card and then spending hundreds of thousands of credits on rerolls. I just want some way to get it, some way to work towards it, something to happen to make this dream of mine come true. pauses to catch breath… that last paragraph was a fast one

Is there any hope for a desperate soul like mine? :confused:

I already have an obsidian Hochfir for Phoenix, I don’t want another one, which will probably happen with Proxy because her other 2, yes, 2 obsidians are the 2 shotguns. So we won’t get to see how the skin looks on a new primary :frowning: Rip

Someone said that Stoker and Proxy are 100 hours apart, they did an analysis or some shit… Welp, gg #teamStoker we got beaten by people too lazy to get kills on their own.

If this happened, and you get a stoker card even if proxy wins, what about the rest of us? will me and sniff and n80 get our Fletcher obsidian? what about people like BurntCornFlakes who are in love with Vaseline, will he get his obsidian for Vassili? nopeee. If Proxy wins we are doomed, and money i would have used on Elite Cases, and buy the Origins edition of Overwatch

Now before anymore people decide comment on this thread about how much they want stoker to win and are upset that proxy is winning, (even though stoker was in the lead for a little bit the other day) let’s not try and not make this thread super toxic and cancerous. Trust me I’m on team stoker and being competitive for something you care about is fun, but I’m sure the community managers got enough trouble the past few weeks or so.

Still wondering though how many of the people with the obsidian actually wanted proxy to win, cause I highly doubt that all those low lvl’s even own the culprit case.

Ps: sd if you ever do another event like this I don’t think you can count on a lot of people buying the obsidian anymore.

I think that if the percentages only took into account the people who have bought the Obsidian case, things may have turned out very differently. It just doesn’t seem right that they gave people the illusion of choice, but really the choice will come down to those who aren’t invested in the outcome, those who haven’t bought the case.

Honestly everyone who bough the Obisidianpack should have known what they did, it´s a gamble. Im not sure what these guys did expect, the majority of people would naturally play the mercs which grant them a lot of kills without much skill. No way people would pick Proxy over Fletcher in free rotation damage wise. Proxy is just more noob friendly and people should have expected exaclty these type of mercs to get into the final. I´m just suprised that everyones favourite meme merc didn´t made it into the final rotation.
