It’s generally very rude and ineffective to start a topic about the same thing several times in a short timespan. For instance, I have to go through your posting history to see what else you wrote about this problem, what what you’ve tried in order to fix this.

Try and reset your modem. Somehow now i can load all the features again. Let us know if you did
